Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Operations Analyst to join our Shared Operations team. In this role, you will support critical projects and daily activities across inside sales, customer relationships, and supply chain functions.

You will help define and track KPIs, structure operational processes, and develop insightful reports, contributing to our business's scaling and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Support strategic and operational projects from design to implementation.
  • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs for sales, customer relations, and supply chain.
  • Conduct analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and support decision-making.
  • Document operational processes and metrics to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Build dashboards and reports to visualize team performance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Sales, Customer Support, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operations.
