About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Operations Analyst to join our Shared Operations team. In this role, you will support critical projects and daily activities across inside sales, customer relationships, and supply chain functions.

Your responsibilities will include defining and tracking KPIs, structuring operational processes, and building insightful reports, contributing to the scaling and efficiency of our business.

• Support strategic and operational projects from design to implementation.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs for sales, customer relations, and supply chain operations.
• Conduct analyses to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
• Structure and document operational processes and metrics for consistency and scalability.
• Build dashboards and reports to visualize team performance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams such as Sales, Customer Support, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational performance.
