Job summary

CBSbutler Ltd. is seeking a proactive Business Operations Analyst for our Telford-based Operations Team. The role combines governance, planning and process improvement across practice leadership, with a hybrid 2-days onsite pattern.

You will work with senior stakeholders to ensure priorities are delivered, manage reporting, risks and dependencies, and support recruitment and capacity planning. The contract is 6 months at £210 per day inside IR35.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, business analysis, resource management or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with planning, reporting and governance.

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Business Operations Analyst to join an Operations Team supporting Practice leadership and strategic delivery.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, support planning and governance, and ensure key business priorities are delivered effectively.

• Support financial, resource and capacity planning
