Our client in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Business Operations Analyst to support operational delivery, governance and continuous improvement across the organisation. The role involves RAID management, risk mitigation, capacity planning, financial forecasting and HR process coordination.

You will work with the Business Operations Partner and wider team to drive efficiency, consistency and innovation across Practice operations, and deputise as needed.

Responsibilities

  • As a Business Operations Analyst, you will work closely with the Business Operations Partner and wider Operations Team to drive efficiency, consistency and innovation across Practice operations.
  • You will support the alignment of business operations with organisational objectives, contributing to governance frameworks, strategic communications, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • The role will also involve RAID management, risk mitigation, resource and capacity planning, financial forecasting, reporting, recruitment support and HR process coordination.
  • You will build strong relationships across the business, act as a liaison and escalation point, and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and services.
  • You will also be expected to take initiative and confidently deputise for the Business Operations Partner when required.

They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to support operational delivery, governance and continuous improvement across the organisation.

BUSINESS OPERATIONS ANALYST
  • £213 per day via Umbrella
  • 6-month contract
  • Telford - 2 days per week onsite
  • BPSS clearance required
