If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our operations team within one of Marston Holdings' entities, Scott & Co., a leading provider of debt recovery enforcement and citation services. We are part of Marston Holdings Ltd, the UK’s largest judicial services group providing integrated court order compliance.

Our Business Operations Administrator will handle communications via emails and telephone calls with clients and customers, as well as creating, checking, and filing documents to ensure accuracy.

What you will be doing:
  • Accurate cash handling and banking processing.
  • Monitoring the quality of output as per specified requirements and deadlines.
  • Ensuring correspondences are issued correctly.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, email), have excellent attention to detail, and be willing to learn regulations such as GDPR and industry changes.
