Job Introduction

Business Office Manager - HMNB Clyde

Monday to Friday

9am - 5pm (With Flex)

£33,337 Per Annum

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Office Manager to support our Operations Director at HMNB Clyde. This critical role ensures seamless coordination across our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and acts as a vital link between ESS and key internal and external stakeholders, including strategic partners and military personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full diary, travel, and inbox management for the Operations Director
  • Co-ordination and support for senior leadership meetings, including agendas, minutes, and actions
  • Oversight of office operations and all central administrative functions
  • Lead point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Preparation of key reports, presentations, and action logs
  • Management of access for visiting Compass staff and oversight of security clearance processes
  • Running the 24-hour single point of contact help desk and supporting reporting systems
