Job summary

hireful. is recruiting a BI Developer/Power BI Analyst in Birmingham for a hybrid role (two days in the office, three from home). The role focuses on turning data into meaningful insights to support commercial and operational decision-making. You will build Tableau and Power BI reporting solutions and develop dashboards across our data stack.

You will work with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SharePoint and Salesforce to enable data-driven decisions and drive business growth.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• We are looking for an ambitious BI Developer, Power BI Developer, Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or Reporting Analyst.
• We would like someone who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights that support commercial and operational decision‑making.
• We value experience or interest in working with Tableau and Power BI reporting solutions.
• We value skills in data modelling, reporting, and commercial analysis.
• We are looking for someone comfortable working with modern technologies including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
