Job summary

TeacherActive Limited is seeking a BI Developer - Data & Analytics to help shape our data and analytics capabilities, focusing on ETL, data modelling and data warehousing. You will design and develop robust data solutions and work with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory to transform complex data into reliable, scalable assets.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges, drive innovation, and continuously improve data processes within a collaborative IT team.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in ETL development, data modelling and data warehousing.
• Experience with Databricks and modern data platforms.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric or similar technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to explain technical concepts clearly.
• A problem-solving mindset, attention to detail and a genuine passion for data and technology.
• The enthusiasm to contribute ideas, challenge existing processes and thrive within a collaborative, innovative IT team.
