Lowell is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer at the start of their career to turn data into actionable insights. You will build Power BI dashboards, write SQL queries, and work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs in a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate or up to 2 years' experience in BI, reporting, analytics or data-focused role.
  • Confident with SQL and writing/understanding complex queries.
  • Experience with Power BI and creating visualisations for insights.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and automate processes.
  • Turn complex data into meaningful insights with SQL queries and data models.
  • Partner with Data Management to ensure metrics are accurate and well documented.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and outputs.

Join us as a Business Intelligence Developer! At Lowell, we're looking for a BI Developer at the start of their career who's excited by data, naturally curious, and keen to learn. Whether you've recently graduated or have a year or two of experience under your belt, this is an opportunity to develop your skills while helping us build a stronger data-driven culture.

Working as part of our UK Business Intelligence team, you'll partner with stakeholders across the business to understand reporting needs, build insightful Power BI dashboards, and help automate reporting processes that support smarter decision making. You'll use SQL and Power BI to turn complex data into meaningful insights, while working closely with our Data Management team to ensure key metrics are accurate, accessible and well documented. As we continue to develop our data and reporting capabilities, we're looking for someone who enjoys asking questions, spotting opportunities for improvement, and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

What We Need From You
  • You've recently graduated or have up to two years' experience in a BI, reporting, analytics or data-focused role.
