Govan Community Project's Voiceover Interpreting seeks a Business Growth Manager to lead the strategic and commercial development of our language services, securing contracts and building partnerships to expand accessible interpreting and translation across Scotland.
You will translate data and market insight into opportunities, nurture relationships with commissioners and public bodies, and help position Voiceover as a trusted provider while safeguarding our social mission.
Turn commercial success into social changeAre you a commercially driven business growth professional who wants your work to create real social impact?
Voiceover Interpreting is a successful social enterprise providing high-quality interpreting and translation services while supporting the wider work of Govan Community Project with refugees and people seeking asylum. We are now entering an exciting new phase as we establish Voiceover as an independent Community Interest Company (CIC).
We're looking for a Business Growth Manager who can lead the strategic and commercial development of Voiceover Interpreting, helping us achieve ambitious growth while staying true to our social mission. You will build partnerships, secure contracts, identify new opportunities, and position Voiceover as a trusted provider of accessible, culturally competent language services in Scotland.
Every contract you secure helps strengthen a social enterprise whose mission is to support accessibility, inclusion, and community connection. You'll join an organisation with strong values, a respected reputation, and a clear vision for growth. As the enterprise grows successfully, there is potential for this role to expand to full-time hours in the future.
We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive organisation. We recognise the unique skills and experience that each individual brings to our organisation. We would particularly welcome applications from people with lived experience of migration, the asylum system, or displacement.
