Job summary

Media Performance is seeking a commercially sharp, relationship-driven Business Director to join our leadership team and grow our client portfolio. The role offers a genuine pathway to Managing Partner with equity and share ownership potential, and a real stake in the agency’s future.

Based in the UK with hybrid working, you will own key client relationships, lead a high-performing team, and shape our commercial strategy while delivering outstanding campaigns with commercial rigour.

Responsibilities

• Owning and growing a portfolio of key client accounts.

• Ensuring delivery across integrated marketing campaigns with creative and commercial balance.
• Spotting opportunities to expand client relationships and unlock new revenue streams.
