If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning bold ideas into real results, our ambitious Growth team could be your next home. In this senior role, you'll take the reins on your client portfolio, build rock-solid relationships with top-tier stakeholders (yes, all the way up to the C-suite and board), and drive serious commercial momentum.

  • 5+ years' experience in an Account Manager role.
  • Hybrid - London area.
  • Salary up to £70K.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As the Business Director you will be Foster Strategic Client Relationships - Cultivate lasting, high-impact partnerships with senior client stakeholders. Become their trusted advisor and go-to strategic ally, supporting growth and collaboration across their entire business.

Driving client retention and Growth by Work hand-in-hand with Client Experience and Performance teams to keep client retention soaring above 90%, while spotting fresh opportunities to expand services, grow your portfolio, and smash revenue goals.

Monitor and improve performance across all client channels making recommendations where you see fit using your wealth of experience within a similar position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build Client Relationships / Partnerships.
  • Drive Client Retention.
  • Drive Client Growth.
  • Own Client Strategy.
  • Lead Contract Conversations.
  • Monitor and Improve Performance.
  • Own reporting and insights.
  • Support New Business and Partnerships.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE

  • 5+ years' experience within a similar role - Account Manager / Growth Manager
  • Ability to work with B2B and B2C clients.
  • Ability to grow accounts and retain them.
  • Great communication skills and experience being client facing.
