YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
This senior role reports to a Client Managing Director and involves line-managing two Account Directors and overseeing a team of eight. Mentoring and developing talent are essential. You will collaborate with specialists across marketing effectiveness, strategy, partnerships, and digital, requiring a strong team-oriented approach.
As a leader, you should have a proven track record of delivering successful client results and managing team P&L through organic growth and new business development.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
You will own two longstanding clients with ambitious growth goals. Managing the full media mix, including Brand TV, DRTV, BVOD, Partnerships, Print, DM, Door Drops, Digital Video, Audio, Digital Display, Paid Social, and PPC, you will develop and oversee complex campaigns. Building and maintaining senior client relationships and creating effective multi-channel media plans are key to success.
