Salary: £35,000 to £55,000 per annum + Bonus (dependent on experience)

Castlefield Recruitment are partnering with a growing Private Healthcare provider in London, who are currently seeking a Business Development Specialist to join their growing team. Our client is seeking an experienced specialist who has an in-depth knowledge of the private healthcare market in London to further grow their business, development new long-term relationships, to help them become leading provider. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead, develop your own business plans and be part of something exciting.

Main Duties:

Work closely with the engagement team

Events – Plan, organise and run regular education and networking and business events for client and wider partnerships

Identify new business opportunities and partners

Develop new market and business strategies to grow the business

Grow the network of patient referrals

Act as the leading expert in business development for the healthcare provider supporting the senior leadership team

Key Requirements:

Must have relevant Healthcare specific business development experience

Proven track record for growing a private healthcare business

Desirable – Hold an MBA or equivalent business qualification

Strong understanding of the Private Healthcare sector in London and local competitors
