Contract: Permanent – Full time (Hybrid)

Salary: £35,000 to £55,000 per annum + Bonus (dependent on experience)

Castlefield Recruitment are partnering with a growing Private Healthcare provider in London, who are currently seeking a Business Development Specialist to join their growing team. Our client is seeking an experienced specialist who has an in-depth knowledge of the private healthcare market in London to further grow their business, development new long-term relationships, to help them become leading provider. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead, develop your own business plans and be part of something exciting.

Main Duties:

  • Work closely with the engagement team
  • Events – Plan, organise and run regular education and networking and business events for client and wider partnerships
  • Identify new business opportunities and partners
  • Develop new market and business strategies to grow the business
  • Grow the network of patient referrals
  • Act as the leading expert in business development for the healthcare provider supporting the senior leadership team
  • Key Requirements:

  • Must have relevant Healthcare specific business development experience
  • Proven track record for growing a private healthcare business
  • Desirable – Hold an MBA or equivalent business qualification
  • Strong understanding of the Private Healthcare sector in London and local competitors
