We are looking for a full-time employee, remotely based within Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities:
  • Gain understanding of the current role and the organization’s business and commercial objectives.
  • Develop basic proficiency of the competitor environment and contribute to the commercial rationale for various competitor product and service propositions.
  • Research potential leads and gather additional information on clients or partner organizations.
  • Identify commercial opportunities through industry readings, internet searches, analyst reports, etc.
  • Collaborate with Business Development team to develop, maintain and improve outreach messaging.
  • Represent MMS as a trusted partner.
  • Develop a network of contacts in targeted organizations.
  • Identify contacts and leads matching client profiles as defined by Line Manager or Mentor.
  • Manage priorities effectively with guidance from a Line Manager.
  • Organize and maintain records related to contacts, leads, meetings, follow-up tasks, and campaign deliverables.
  • Focus on generating leads across MMS service areas and acquiring new accounts.
  • Under guidance, develop and present new strategies for identifying business opportunities; suggest creative solutions.
  • Represent self and company professionally, aligned with company values.
  • Practice excellent internal and external customer service, communication, and teamwork.
  • Support departmental and organizational objectives and improvements.
  • Comply with policies, procedures, and training requirements.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
Requirements:
  • College graduate in Business, Communications, Scientific, or related degree.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in lead generation, business development, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of scientific principles is a plus.
  • Experience with clinical trials and pharmaceutical development preferred.
  • Understanding of CRO environment and data/regulatory services preferred.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11, FDA, and GCP requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Dynamics 365, Zymewire, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools.
