Job summary

White & Case LLP is seeking a Specialist in Business Development to support market analysis, research, pitches and proposals for cross‑practice growth in London. You will assist BD Managers and teams with client opportunities, maintain BD content, and help deliver high‑quality materials aligned with firm priorities.

Working closely with Partners and Coordinators, you will contribute to quarterly reporting, data insights and process improvements while mentoring junior colleagues where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed research and analysis to support BD initiatives.
• Experience in preparing pitches, proposals, and capability statements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and client cultivation to identify new opportunities.
• Assist with client relationship mapping and tracking engagement insights.
• Contribute to pitches, proposals, and capability statements ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Maintain and update BD content including deal lists and bios to ensure consistency.
