Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and analyzing data to inform business strategies. Daily tasks include prospecting and lead generation, maintaining relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills to analyze data, interpret trends, and make informed decisions
  • Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to develop and implement business strategies
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development or a similar role is beneficial
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
