Job Description: Spanish-Speaking Business Development Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and high-energy Business Development Specialist who is fluent in Spanish at a native level. This role is ideal for individuals with early-stage sales experience in lead generation, particularly those who have sold services to Life Sciences or SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical development or laboratories and will thrive in a high-outreach role, enjoying the challenge of breaking into new clients and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and identify potential clients within the Life Sciences and SaaS sectors.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients through phone and video calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a positive, engaging demeanor.
  • Sales Outreach: Conduct high-volume outreach to prospective clients, embracing the challenge of hearing "no" and persisting to secure leads.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, particularly in clinical development and laboratories.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on sales activities and progress, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Skill Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in early-stage sales and lead generation, preferably within Life Sciences or SaaS.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in clinical development or laboratories is highly desirable.
  • Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Spanish is a must.
