• Proactive Prospecting: Identify and target new business clients through targeted prospecting, networking, and direct marketing campaigns to grow the local fleet & business market.
• Presentation of funding options: Promote quarterly contract hire and leasing offers at every opportunity.
• Aftersales Promotion: Promote the aftersales and parts department with the offer of service plans and manufacturer approved accessories
• Database & CRM Management: Grow a database ensuring accurate records of prospects and client interactions, utilising CRM systems and manufacturer renewal programmes to track activity and opportunities.
• Customer Retention: Build and maintain long-term relationships with local businesses to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
• Compliance: Strict adherence to FCA regulations for finance / insurance products and manage data in accordance with GDPR.
