Job Description:

Summary: Brivo is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The BDR will play a critical role in identifying and generating new business opportunities for the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospects, developing and executing targeted outbound campaigns, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth. This position requires a motivated and self-directed entry-level professional, capable of establishing working relationships across the business and within the target organizations. The position's responsibilities will balance external customer relationship management activities with internal support of the daily operations within areas of responsibility. This hybrid role (London or Amsterdam) requires in-office collaboration.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prospect and identify new business opportunities through outbound calling, email outreach, and social media.
  2. Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
  3. Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns to drive engagement and interest in Brivo's products and services.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas of opportunity and improve the overall sales strategy.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
  6. Attend trade shows and events to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers.
Qualifications:
  1. 1+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales is preferred.
  2. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  3. Demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities and build relationships with prospects.
  4. Comfortable with outbound calling and cold outreach.
  5. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  7. Bilingual - both English and Dutch are required; German is a plus.
  8. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

The compensation package for this full-time position includes an annual base salary of £35,000 - £40,000 (€41,000 - €47,000, depending on the current exchange rate). Individual compensation packages are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions. In addition to cash compensation (base salary and, where applicable, incentive or overtime pay), Brivonians may be eligible for a benefits and perks package tailored to their work location.
