Business Development Representative (BDR) - Rapid-growth FinTech / SaaS - London / Hybrid - Highly competitive base salary and OTE

We have an incredible opportunity available for an experienced SDR or BDR, with a SaaS background, to join a successful FinTech startup in London.

The Opportunity:

This role is ideal for a motivated, results-driven SDR or BDR with success in a similar environment, looking to grow within a fast-paced team and contribute to client base expansion.

There is potential for personal growth and progression to Account Executive, making this a great opportunity for a business-savvy, entrepreneurial individual with drive and resilience.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3-4 days/week in the London office.

The Role:

Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, you will build sales pipelines, conduct outbound prospecting, qualify inbound leads, communicate product benefits, and schedule discovery calls and demos.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Outbound prospecting to identify potential clients
  • Qualifying inbound leads for Account Executives
  • Understanding client pain points and conveying the product's value
  • Scheduling discovery calls and demos
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and lead nurturing
  • Staying informed on industry trends and competitors

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven success in a SaaS BDR/SDR role
  • Experience in FinTech, financial services, or ERP (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to clearly present product value
  • Research and qualifying skills
  • Knowledge of financial services, cash flow, or treasury functions (desirable)
  • Experience with CRM and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong business acumen
  • Adaptability to a fast-growing environment
  • Ambitious, resilient, and entrepreneurial spirit
  • IT literacy, including MS Office
