Join Our Team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) - £60k OTE Uncapped!

Are you a money-motivated, goal-driven sales professional looking to fast-track your career? What You’ll Do:

As our Business Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts. Your mission? To generate meetings and build a sales pipeline by:

  1. Prospecting & Outreach: Identifying and engaging new customers through cold calling, emails, social selling, and networking.
  2. Qualifying Leads: Professionally assess potential customers to ensure they’re a great fit for our solutions.
  3. Engaging Decision-Makers: Work with C-suite executives and directors from diverse organisations, from Blue Chip companies to the Public Sector.
  4. Collaborating: Partner with our pre-sales solutions team to build trust and position yourself as a “trusted advisor.”
  5. Crushing Targets: Drive high levels of activity, meet your KPIs, and deliver results that fuel our success—and yours!

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of outbound sales experience
  • Pro-active phone skills – you enjoy making the calls.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
  • A talent for building relationships and analysing market trends.
  • Bonus points for experience in connectivity or telecoms.
