The successful BDRs will be integral to expanding the company’s international reach, leveraging their language skills in German, Italian, or Spanish to build valuable client relationships.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute strategies to identify and generate new business opportunities in target markets.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through effective communication and outreach.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the company’s services and value proposition to prospective clients.
• Work independently to achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall growth objectives.
• Actively participate in client meetings and negotiations to close deals.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• A degree or higher level in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Languages).
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or a similar client‑facing role, ideally within tech or start‑up environments.
• Fluency in English along with proficiency in German, Italian, or Spanish (Italian is preferred).
• Ability to work independently with good organisational skills and entrepreneurial flair.
