Start Date: Flexible
Working Model: Hybrid, predominantly in London (we're HQ'd in Bristol, but on-site requirements for this role will be mostly in London in the offices our technology partners & clients, or at Data or Snap-hosted events)
Salary: £35k-£42k/annum (£52k-£62k OTE)
Why this role exists…
As enterprises modernise SAP and invest in AI, demand is shifting from data platforms to intelligent, governed business execution, creating a significant opportunity for Snap's SAP, Snowflake and Databricks expertise.
We’re a specialist Data & Analytics consultancy of 177 people with established partnerships across SAP, Snowflake and Databricks, a strong reputation for delivery and a pipeline of £16M+ in opportunities built largely through partner referrals, events and direct relationships. Clients continue to work with us and recommend us because we deliver on our commitments and build long-term trusted relationships.
This is one of our first BDR hires. You'll work alongside three experienced AEs and a Marketing team, prospecting into enterprise accounts where the urgency is real and the deal sizes are material (£500k–£1M+). You won’t be dialling 100 numbers a day. You'll be researching deeply, writing precisely, attending events and booking meetings that actually convert.
Your variable will be paid on Sales-Qualified Opportunities accepted by our AEs, not raw meetings booked. Quality is what gets rewarded here.
Pipeline generation across three practices:
Meeting quality and AE alignment:
Pipeline and partner hygiene:
Success would look like:
By 30 days: you know our ICP well, you've booked your first qualified discovery meetings, and your AEs trust the briefs you send them.
By 90 days: you're running at or above the 8-SQO target, your sequences are converting at or above benchmark and you're active in the events pipeline.
By 18–24 months: you're ready to carry a new business number as an Account Executive.
We're looking for an ambitious, early-career sales professional with 1–3 years in a BDR, SDR or inside sales role, ideally in enterprise technology, data, cloud or consulting services.
The right person for us will research before they reach out, write outbound that doesn't sound like a template and build pipeline consistently without needing to be chased.
