Title: Business Development Officer - Turkish Speaking

Location: Southampton (Hybrid - 3 days on-site)

Salary: Depending on experience

We are recruiting a Turkish Speaking Business Development Officer for our Southampton office.

This role involves proactively engaging and converting new business leads, conducting quality customer conversations to understand needs, and upselling and cross-selling solutions.

Role responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact, providing tailored services and ensuring compliance.
  • Handle service inquiries proactively, converting them into opportunities.
  • Grow revenue through cross-selling, engaging new clients, and meeting KPIs.
  • Conduct webinars, podcasts, identify new opportunities, and attend industry events.
  • Create marketing materials with external partners.
  • Maintain partner relationships through event organization and network management.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients across the UK and Europe.
  • Ensure database accuracy and system updates.
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen.
  • Collaborate positively within the team.
  • Suggest procedural improvements to Managers and Directors.
  • Full training will be provided, previous accountancy experience is not essential.

Candidate profile:

  • Experience in sales and customer service.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English.
  • Professional, confident, friendly demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Target-driven with a desire to help clients grow their business.
  • Organized, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines.
