Role: Business Development Officer - Polish Speaking

Location: Southampton (hybrid available)

Salary: Depending on experience

We are recruiting a Polish Speaking Business Development Officer for our Southampton office.

This role involves proactively engaging and converting new business leads, conducting quality customer conversations to understand needs, and upselling solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the main contact, providing tailored services, and ensuring compliance.
• Handling service inquiries and converting them into opportunities.
• Growing revenue through cross-selling, engaging new clients, and meeting KPIs.
• Running webinars, podcasts, attending industry events, and networking.
• Producing marketing materials with external partners.
• Maintaining partner relationships and managing network groups.
• Managing a client portfolio across the UK and Europe.
• Ensuring database accuracy and completeness.
• Applying commercial acumen and collaborating positively with the team.
• Suggesting procedural improvements to Managers and Directors.
