Job description

Role: Business Development Manager
Sector: High-End Timber Windows & Doors
Region: Southeast
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 (DOE) + Commission + Car Allowance

Based in Lincolnshire, our client is a well-established manufacturer of premium, high performance timber windows and doors.

Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Manager to drive their continued success. In this role, will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward in line with a strategic sales and marketing plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with developers, architects, builders, contractors, and installers.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Director to shape and execute strategic sales plans.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and prospects.

  • Deliver compelling proposals and presentations in partnership with design and estimating teams.

  • Attend industry events to generate leads and boost brand awareness.

  • Create and manage sales forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales success, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or the built environment.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to generate leads and close deals.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and analytical.

  • Proficient with CRM and sales systems.

Package:

  • Salary: £45,000-£50,000 DOE + Bonuses + Car Allowance

  • Hours: 8am-5pm

  • Holidays: 23 days + bank holidays
