Job summary

LDM Properties in London seeks a Business Development Manager who is a native Thai speaker with fluent English to drive growth in our London sales and lettings portfolio. You will originate new business, build long-term Thai partner relationships, and position the company as the partner of choice for Thai clients investing in or renting London property.

The role requires proactive outreach, cross-border partnerships, and the ability to manage and track referral programs, with visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Coordinate online webinars and offline events in London and Thailand to raise brand presence.
• Partner with London developers and landlords to secure properties for international clients.
• Act as main contact for Thai partners and optimise referral commissions.
• Monitor London market trends and competitor activity to refine outreach.

Business Development Manager - Thai Speaker

Drive the growth of our London sales and lettings portfolio, with a dedicated focus on the Thai investor and tenant market. Originate new business, cultivate enduring partner relationships, and position LDM Properties as the partner of choice for Thai clients investing in or renting London property. This role is for Thai native speakers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and build strong relationships with Thai real estate agencies, overseas property consultancies, and brokers who sell or let UK property to Thai buyers and tenants.
• Pitch our full-suite London sales, lettings and property management services to Thai landlords, buyers and property investors.
• Develop cross-industry partnerships with UK/Thailand cross-border service providers (law firms, tax advisory, private banks, and education consultancies) for client referrals.
• Coordinate and execute targeted online webinars and offline networking events (in London and Thailand) to elevate brand presence among Thai investors.
• Partner with London developers, BTR operators, and landlords to secure high-quality properties for sales and lettings to international clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key Thai partners, conducting regular performance reviews and optimizing referral commission structures.
• Track London property trends and competitor activities within the UK-Thailand investment corridor to refine outreach strategies.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English — essential
• Basic understanding of the London residential lettings/sales market; familiarity with the Thai investor landscape or an existing network of Thai real estate contacts is a huge advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly adept at cold outreach, relationship-building, and project management.
• UK work authorisation required (visa sponsorship available)
