Job summary

Transforming Support is recruiting a Business Development Manager focusing on adult social care in the North of England. The role drives growth for supported living and complex needs services, building relationships with Local Authorities, ICBs and partners to convert opportunities into sustainable services.

You will identify opportunities, manage referrals from enquiry to delivery, and collaborate with internal teams. A senior candidate who can generate referrals at scale is welcome.

Qualifications

• Proven business development experience in health, social care, or related sectors.
• Strong lead generation and pipeline development能力.
• Excellent stakeholder management with Local Authorities and commissioners.
• Commercial acumen with track record of meeting KPIs and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and referral pipelines across services.
• Build and maintain relationships with Local Authority and ICB commissioners and partners.
• Identify market opportunities and priorities across the North and growth areas.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, finance and service development to progress referrals.
