Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Commercial Roofing Services to drive business development nationwide, ideally covering Yorkshire/North. The role focuses on refurbishments, maintenance and reactive works for FM companies, contractors and end users, with project values from £1k to £100k.

You will work closely with Directors to increase profitability, supported by a £45,000–£60,000 salary plus a 10% bonus, plus a £500 car allowance and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have business development experience within the construction services market sector.
• Ideally commercial roofing experience, but not essential.
• Experience selling to FM companies, main contractors, subcontractors & end users.

Responsibilities

• Promote a range of industrial and commercial roofing maintenance and repair services on refurbishment projects.
• Sell to FM companies, main contractors, subcontractors and end users such as commercial developers, pubs, restaurants and warehouses.
• Work closely with Directors to increase profitability through higher margins.
• Manage projects ranging from £1k to £100k.

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Commercial Roofing Services will involve:

• Business Development Manager position promoting a range of various industrial and commercial roofing maintenance and repair services purely on refurbishment projects
• All of your time will be spent selling to FM companies, main contractors, subcontractors & end users such as; commercial developers, pubs & restaurants, warehouses
• Working closely with the Directors to increase profitability through higher margins
• Majority of work is small reactive projects
• Projects range in value from £1k to £100k

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Commercial Roofing Services with:

• Must have business development experience within the construction services market sector
• Ideally commercial roofing however not essential
• Ideally sold to FM companies, main contractors, subcontractors & end users
• Would consider a roofing products manufacturer rep
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Full UK driving license
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
