Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is recruiting an Area Sales Manager – Commercial Roofing Services to drive new business across national accounts, ideally based in Yorkshire/North. You will promote a range of industrial and commercial roofing maintenance and refurbishment services, targeting FM companies, main contractors and end users.

The role offers £45,000–£60,000 base with a 10% bonus, plus a £500 car allowance and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have business development experience within the construction services market sector.
• Ideally commercial roofing however not essential.
• Ideally sold to FM companies, main contractors, subcontractors & end users.
• Would consider a roofing products manufacturer rep.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Full UK driving license.
• IT literate (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Promote a range of industrial and commercial roofing maintenance and repair services on refurbishment projects.
• Sell to FM companies, main contractors, subcontractors & end users such as commercial developers, pubs & restaurants, warehouses.
• Work with Directors to increase profitability through higher margins.
• Focus on small reactive projects with values from £1k to £100k.

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Commercial Roofing Services will involve:

• Business Development Manager position promoting a range of various industrial and commercial roofing maintenance and repair services purely on refurbishment projects
• All of your time will be spent selling to FM companies, main contractors, subcontractors & end users such as; commercial developers, pubs & restaurants, warehouses
• Working closely with the Directors to increase profitability through higher margins
• Majority of work is small reactive projects
• Projects range in value from £1k to £100k
