Our client is looking for a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager to help shape the future of recruitment in the Power & Renewables sector across the Middle East.

Your role:

  • Actively build new relationships with key players in the regional power and renewables sectors
  • Cultivate long-term connections with clients across the energy field who are looking for contracting partners
  • Design and execute in person business development campaigns with support from a high performing internal team
  • Open new markets, win new business, and become a key contributor to the company’s regional growth

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in a sales focused agency recruitment role - ideally within the engineering or energy market
  • Contracting experience is a bonus but not essential
  • A true relationship builder, who thrives on building trust, solving problems, and delivering results
  • Confident in presenting in person to C-suite executives and navigating complex negotiations
  • A sharp understanding of recruitment market dynamics and deal-making
  • An excellent communicator, who collaborates effectively across teams and borders
  • Willing and able to travel throughout the Middle East to meet clients & attend conferences
