  • Discover and convert new business opportunities, from standard lending to complex deals like Development Finance
  • Assess lending risk thoroughly, ensuring proposals are transparent and compliant
  • Support client retention through annual reviews and portfolio management
  • Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and enhance processes
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and sales tracking for better decision-making
  • Manage borrower requests impacting credit risk to protect the bank's position
  • Enhance customer experience by encouraging feedback and service improvements
Who You Are

You are commercially savvy, detail-oriented, and motivated by building meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues. Experience in commercial or development lending is advantageous but not essential; attitude and ambition are key.

  • Strong credit analysis skills and commercial acumen
