Forms+Surfaces is a global leader in designing and manufacturing high-performance architectural products, serving sectors such as aviation, stadiums, healthcare, education, and corporate construction.

Our product range includes stainless steel surfaces, decorative glass, wall and column systems, LED displays, elevator interiors, security bollards, outdoor lighting, and site furniture—combining innovation, quality, and aesthetic appeal.

Position Overview

We are seeking an International Business Development Manager based in the UK to drive growth across Europe. The role involves expanding our presence with top international design and architecture firms and developing a network of trusted installation partners throughout the region.

Collaborating with our teams in the US, India, Middle East, and Asia, you will develop region-specific strategies leveraging our global supply chain and manufacturing capabilities to ensure successful project procurement and installation across Europe and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Identification & Strategy: Identify key projects across Europe and other markets, developing tailored strategies to maximize F+S’s involvement.
  2. Consultative Support: Engage with project design teams, offering technical consultation during design and specification phases.
  3. Network Expansion: Build and expand a network of installation partners in Europe, ensuring smooth procurement and installation processes.
  4. Contract Management & Negotiation: Lead negotiations and manage relationships from initial agreement through to project completion, maintaining client satisfaction.
  5. Regional Growth Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to increase F+S’s presence and sales across Europe.
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Architecture, Design, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in architectural sales, particularly with exterior building products like glass or wall cladding.
  • Technical ability to develop design-oriented solutions for large projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven relationship-building and networking skills, with experience providing technical support throughout project phases.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and virtual collaboration tools.
Additional Information

Reports to: Executive Vice President of Sales.

Support: Initially assisted by a US-based technical sales and estimating team.

Travel: Regular travel within Europe is required.
