Service Sales Manager
The ABB Electrification Service division has extended its portfolio with a new advisory service product line. Composed of four offering pillars, the overall objective is to advise customers on making their operations safer, more reliable, and sustainable. This is a key initiative in building key long-term relationships.Target and build long term end user / national account relationships across the London and Southern region of the UK in collaboration with the service sales manager and regional service sales specialists. Understand the customer’srequirements to generate new sales opportunities selling the entire Electrification service portfolio with a focus towards bringing onboard new accounts and delivering projects to achieve year on year profitable growth.The work model for the role is: RemoteThis role is contributing to the Electrification service division sales team in London and southeast of England. Main stakeholders are End users.You will be mainly accountable for:•Generating service sales leads and developing new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information and through identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios.•Increasing the number of service level agreements by developing brand new accounts.•Penetrating into IB, promoting various upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions to the benefit of the customers and ABB.•Acting as a marketer/salesperson of ABB’s service products and solutions during marketing activities (campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings). Solutions include, Service Agreements, Installation and Commissioning, Spares, Maintenance and Repair, Extensions, upgrades and retrofits, Advisory Services, Digital.
