Job summary

CSG Talent exists to future-proof our clients' leadership today. We’re looking for experienced Recruiters to join us, with offices in Horsforth and Manchester. You’ll build pipelines, manage a full 360 process, and work with clients and candidates across UK and international roles.

We offer training from day one, significant earning potential with salary bands from £30,000 to £100,000 plus up to 30% commission, and real opportunities to work internationally with relocation and visa support.

• Must have track record of billing in recruitment (perm, temp, or contract)
• Ability to build a pipeline and manage a full 360 process
• Strong relationship skills with clients and candidates under pressure

You'll have a track record of billing in a recruitment environment, whether that's perm, temp, or contract desks. You understand what it takes to build a pipeline, manage a full 360 process, and keep clients and candidates onside when things get tight.

Just as important, you'll align with how we work: high-performing, honest, and genuinely invested in the people you're placing, not just the fee.

We're especially keen to hear from:

• Recruiters who've worked in the UK market and want to transition into international recruitment
• Recruiters already working internationally who want a business that will back that with real investment and infrastructure
• Anyone who's outgrown their current desk or business and wants more scope, better tools, and a genuine path forward
