Job Title: Business Development Manager

The Company:

The Role:

• Identify and contact prospective clients, follow up on inbound inquiries, qualify prospects, present proposals, and close sales
• Collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns and lead generation
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Focus on 100% net new logo sales
• Engage with prospects across the DACH region, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions

The Requirements:

• Experience as a user of similar software (e.g., Sustainability Consultant, Technical Consultant, Pre-Sales, Business Performance Consultant, Energy Engineer)
• Graduates from disciplines like Mechanical Engineering are considered
• Proven SaaS sales experience in the BIM/Digital Twin resell channel (e.g., Autodesk, Bentley Systems, Trimble)
• Must be a native German speaker
