Job description

Role Overview:

Andersen EV is the UK leading provider of premium electric vehicle home charging points, partnering with manufacturers like Porsche and Jaguar Land Rover. We are seeking three dynamic and results-driven Business Development Managers for field sales roles in Stevenage, covering the South of England, North of England, and the West Country. Candidates should have several years of field sales experience interfacing with B2B customers such as wholesalers and car retailers.

Location & Remuneration:

These positions are largely field-based with occasional reporting to our Head Office in Bedfordshire. Applicants should reside near their respective geographical area. We offer an attractive base salary with an OTE potential of £55,000.

Key Duties:

  • Develop and implement effective sales activities to grow the EV charging sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including OEMs, trade partners, and wholesalers.
  • Plan activities to meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Full product training and support will be provided.

- Only candidates with a natural sales ability should apply.

- Minimum two years of B2B field sales experience required.

- Ability to work efficiently at a fast pace and manage multiple tasks.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Interest in e-mobility is advantageous.
