E1 Partners is recruiting on behalf of a leading Energy supplier who is looking for a high-performing direct sales professional with deep knowledge of the UK I&C energy market.
This role focuses on new business — identifying, pitching, and closing deals with large energy users (25GWh+), including electricity and gas. The successful candidate will lead complex tenders, structure competitive solutions, and build lasting client relationships from the ground up.
Position: Business Development Manager
Location: London office (1-2 times per week)
Salary: Up to £85,000 plus commission
