The Role

As an Analytics Engineer, you will lead efforts to ensure data quality and accessibility across the organisation. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, using tools like Snowflake, and work across the entire data stack to support product, marketing, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities for an Analytics Engineer:

• Own the data engineering lifecycle: From warehousing to transformation and analysis, introducing observability and testing tools.

• Lead data modelling efforts to ensure efficient querying, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Enable self-service by designing creative schemas and fostering a data-driven culture.

• Expertise in SQL/DBT and hands-on experience with modern data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, etc.).

• Proficiency in data modelling, ETL processes, and working with large datasets.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure as code.

• Experience with open-source visualisation tools (Streamlit, Superset, Metabase, etc.).

• Ability to communicate data designs and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

Come as you are. Love what you do.

At Enthuse, diversity and inclusion are at the heart of our mission. We strive to create an environment where everyone feels valued and welcome. If your experience doesn’t exactly match, but you’re passionate about making an impact, we still want to hear from you.

Apply today through Alethia Talent and join Enthuse in creating a positive impact on a global scale.
