Develop and execute a business growth strategy focused on fire suppression opportunities within the data centre market. Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with data centre operators, developers, consultants, and contractors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across the data centre ecosystem. Promote Johnson Controls' fire suppression and life safety solutions through a consultative, value-driven sales approach. Influence project specifications and engage with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with engineering, proposal, and operational teams to develop innovative customer solutions. Analyse market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to identify strategic growth opportunities. Support the preparation of commercial proposals, tenders, and contract negotiations. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and deliver reliable forecasting and reporting. Represent Johnson Controls at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence and customer relationships.
