Job summary

Carey Olsen is seeking a Business Development Manager to strengthen its Channel Islands practice across Jersey and Guernsey by designing and delivering targeted business development strategies aligned to the firm's BD plan.

You will manage campaigns, lead client development initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and coordinate cross‑functional projects in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar BD role, preferably in an international law firm or professional services firm.
• Experience delivering integrated campaigns, client development initiatives and thought leadership programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge senior leaders.
• Project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join Carey Olsen. In this role, you will help ensure the continued growth of Carey Olsen’s Channel Islands practice teams across Jersey and Guernsey by developing and implementing a range of targeted business development strategies and plans, that align with and build on the firm's wider BD strategy.

Experience and Professional Qualifications:
