Bell Building Projects Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our London or Bristol teams, driving new opportunities in facade remediation, refurbishment and broader construction sectors. You will build relationships with developers, housing associations, local authorities and consultants to expand BBP’s presence.

Competenze

• Experience in business development within construction.
• Established network across London and the South of England.
• Understanding of construction procurement and tendering processes.

Mansioni

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across London and the South East.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, housing associations, local authorities, consultants and other key clients.
• Promote BBP’s capabilities across facade remediation, refurbishment and new-build construction.
• Identify upcoming projects, frameworks and tender opportunities.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and generate new enquiries.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and industry functions.
• Work with Estimating and Commercial teams to support tender opportunities.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients and projects.
• Monitor market activity, industry developments and competitor activity.
• Support the wider business in achieving growth objectives.
