Job summary

Cyrillus in the UK is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead national growth across Builders Merchants. You will develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales, distribution, and market share for our product portfolios.

You will identify partnerships, negotiate supply agreements, and work with Sales, Specification, and Marketing teams to maximise opportunities. Strong relationship-building and pipeline management are essential to deliver targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a national business development strategy for Builders Merchants
• Identify and secure new merchant partnerships and distribution opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with key merchant groups and senior decision-makers
• Negotiate national supply agreements, product listings and promotional activities
• Increase product visibility, availability and market penetration across merchant networks
• Work closely with Sales, Specification and Marketing teams to maximise business opportunities
• Manage pipeline development, forecasting, CRM activities and reporting
• Deliver sales, profit and growth targets in line with company objectives

Develop and drive sustainable national growth across the UK Builder Merchant sector by developing and executing a strategic approach that increases sales, distribution, and market share for Gerflor and Gradus product portfolios.
