Amazon Ads is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our rapidly-growing non-endemic performance Ads Sales team. Amazon is committed to delivering best-in-class products, devices, and services in the performance ads space. This role will help connect brands with our newest display ad solutions to delight customers and deliver results. It is an exciting time to join a new team in a role with broad scope and the potential to make a real impact. The focus will be on driving non-endemic performance Ads business and helping our customers meet their performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Generate performance advertising revenue by establishing credible relationships with advertiser decision makers and agencies, and by constructing and delivering compelling pitches.
  2. Be a proactive hunter, eager to uncover opportunities and connect them with value-adding solutions.
  3. Create a pipeline and influence buying decisions to drive revenue from new advertisers.
  4. Map account strategies, align resources, and identify which display products best serve an advertiser’s needs.
  5. Conduct sales calls with existing and prospective clients, providing superior customer service.
  6. Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations to clients.
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Experience in advertising
