Job summary

The QHotels Collection is seeking a high-calibre Head of Sales or Director of Sales to lead the hospitality sales function for Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House. You will split time between the hotel and customer-facing activities, with a portion of remote work, identifying opportunities, following up on leads, and managing accounts to maximise revenue.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, selling meetings & events, large banqueting and corporate contracts.
• Account management and relationship-building in a hospitality setting.
• Flexibility to travel for client meetings and events.
• Love to network and establish strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads.
• Manage local and existing accounts and some national accounts, driving revenue.
• Drive and maximise sales revenue through networking and attending industry events.

What will I do?

We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will be dedicated to our Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House property where 70% of your time will be split between your allocated hotel, customer interaction, face to face appointments, market centric activity and attending networking and industry events and the remaining 30% will be remote/home working. You’ll identify sales opportunities, follow up on leads, manage local & existing accounts and some national accounts, driving and maximising sales revenue.
