The QHotels Collection is seeking a Head of Sales or Director of Sales to lead business development at Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House. You will build and maintain client relationships, target new corporate accounts, and drive revenue across meetings, events, and hospitality contracts.

This role offers a target-led incentive up to 20%, 33 days holiday, free parking, and support with training, including professional qualifications.

What will I do?

We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will be dedicated to our Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House property where 70% of your time will be split between your allocated hotel, customer interaction, face to face appointments, market centric activity and attending networking and industry events and the remaining 30% will be remote/home working. You’ll identify sales opportunities, follow up on leads, manage local & existing accounts and some national accounts, driving and maximising sales revenue.
