Job summary

The QHotels Collection is seeking a Head of Sales or Director of Sales to drive revenue for Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House. You will split time between the property, client meetings, and remote work, identifying opportunities, managing accounts and attending networking events.

This role offers an attractive incentive up to 20%, free health club membership, staff discounts across venues, 33 days holiday, training and development support, and parking.

Qualifications

• Proven hospitality sales experience, including meetings, events, banqueting and corporate contracts.
• Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility to travel and attend events.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities for Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House.
• Manage local and national accounts and convert leads into revenue.
• Attend networking events and industry meetings to expand the client base.
• Collaborate with marketing to maximise revenue opportunities.

What will I do?

We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will be dedicated to our Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House property where 70% of your time will be split between your allocated hotel, customer interaction, face to face appointments, market centric activity and attending networking and industry events and the remaining 30% will be remote/home working. You’ll identify sales opportunities, follow up on leads, manage local & existing accounts and some national accounts, driving and maximising sales revenue.
