Business Development Manager – Remote - up to £70k base DOE (uncapped commission)

Role Overview:

Oscar Enterprise have partnered with a leading software and technology company in the hospitality industry. They produce a wide range of state-of-the-art technology solutions including robot waiters, facial verification, mobile apps, EPoS and payment solutions.

We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead their growth strategy and expand our client base. This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of the technology landscape, and a talent for building meaningful business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet revenue goals and grow the customer portfolio
  • Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals that drive profitability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business development efforts

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in hospitality tech/SaaS sales
  • Strong understanding of both EPOS hardware and software ecosystems.
