Business Development Manager – Security Products North West | £50,000 + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance + Benefits

Are you a driven sales professional with a strong track record selling security products to security installation companies? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, new business environment, backed by a growing and ambitious distributor? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are a dynamic and expanding security products distributor seeking a Business Development Manager to join our North West sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in our growth journey, targeting new customers while nurturing a portfolio of existing accounts.

The Role:

As Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be driving new business sales across the North West, while providing high-quality account management to a selection of loyal installation companies. You’ll be selling a comprehensive range of security products including:

  • CCTV Systems
  • Access Control
  • Intruder Alarms
  • Door Entry Products

You’ll be out in the field identifying opportunities, delivering tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships with security installation businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and win new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
  • Provide expert product knowledge and advice to clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience
About You:
  • Must have experience selling to security installation companies
  • Strong knowledge of security products including CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and door entry systems
  • Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Full UK driving licence
